The house
The heart of the house is the newly renovated kitchen, perfect for catering for large groups. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need from two large fridges, two dishwashers, two ovens, a microwave, a large stove, kitchen appliances, china, and glassware at your disposal. The owners love to cook and have personally designed, built, and equipped the kitchen. The dining room connects with the kitchen which seats up to 10 adults.
The entrance to the villa is the perfect location to gather and plan your day. Here you will find tips and information about Mallorca and its surroundings together with a guest book.
In between the lobby and the living room, there is a small library full of books to enjoy during your stay. The living room is decorated with an open fire as the focal point and a large TV with high-speed internet to stream your favorite shows. In the second living room you will find training equipment, yoga mats, and board games.
The bedrooms
Villa Can Clémentine has five double bedrooms and a cozy yurt named after the owners’ favorite animals. Two of the rooms, Armadillo and Giraffe, have their own terrace and entrance, perfect as a family suite.
The hippo room
Hippo is the spacious Master bedroom with a double bed, a small sofa, an extra double bed mattress on the floor and a crib. The room has a clothing rail and several chests of drawers. The room has a very spacious en suite with a bathtub, double basins and a toilet.
The meercat room
The Meerkat room has its own entrance to the garden and terrace where you can enjoy the last rays of the evening sun. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, coffee machine and en suite. Meerkat has a sofa bed in the living room making it the perfect family suite.
The elephant room
The bedroom is situated downstairs in the main building with an entrance to the lobby. Elephant has a double bed and a bathroom with a wardrobe and chest of drawers. The room is connected to the second living room of the main house with a sofa bed.
The giraffe room
This apartment with the best view, and its own entrance and terrace. It consists of a large room split over two levels. At the elevated level there is a double bed, clothing rail and chest of drawers. A few steps down you will find the living room with a sofa bed and coffee machine. The room has a small and cosy en suite.
The armadillo room
The apartment Armadillo consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a large living room with a sofa bed, a small table and two chairs a coffee machine, small fridge and en suite.
The turtle room
If you want a unique experience you should stay in our yurt. The yurt gives you and opportunity to feel like one with the nature. Wake up by the sun underneath the palm trees and fall a sleep listening to the sounds of the garden. Next to the yurt is our newly renovated pool bathroom with a toilette, shower and basin.
The house all year around
There is a charm to every season in Mallorca. Our house is available to rent all year around and depending on the season you will have a different experiences. November - April is an excellent time for outdoor activities like hikes, cycling and long walks in the countryside. In the evenings you can cosy up by the fire places in the dining room and the living room and enjoy the jacuzzi. May- October it is all about days at pool and the beach with endless alfresco BBQ dinners. Christmas and New year is usually a magical time of the year on the island. The Christmas lights in Palma is a must see and the weather is usually sunny.
